The service

DnRatings estimates domain name values and related signals (such as buyer demand) with statistical models. Estimates are automated opinions, not appraisals, guarantees or financial advice. Domain prices depend on buyers and timing; always do your own research before buying, selling or bidding.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share accounts or create several to get extra free credits or trials.

Acceptable use

• No scraping or bulk extraction of the site or its data outside the documented API and its limits.
• No reselling or republishing DnRatings data or valuations as your own dataset or service.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security, rate limits or plan limits of the service.
• No unlawful use, including trademark infringement.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

• Free: 5 valuations a day. Pro ($9/month or $90/year): 200 valuations a day. Enterprise ($29/month or $290/year): unlimited valuations. Daily allowances reset every day and don't roll over.
• New accounts get 7 days of Pro free after verifying their email, once per person. It ends on its own and is never charged.
• Plans are one-off PayPal payments for 30 or 365 days. They don't renew automatically; we email you before a plan ends.
• Refunds: write to us if something went wrong with a payment and we'll look at it with you. A refunded plan ends immediately.
• Prices may change; changes never affect a period you already paid for.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DnRatings available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made using our estimates, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using DnRatings at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and email you about significant changes; using the service after that means you accept them.
